I'm selling my Exercise bike as we simply don't have the room to use it or store it for the future so rather than collect dust, it would be better serving someone else with time and motivation! As the title states, this is a ProAction exercise bike that is around 10 years old. It comes with an L.E.D. display that includes distance in kilometers, speed in kilometers per hour, heart rate and calories used and adjustable tension/difficulty using magnets to reduce wear within the machine. Ideal for cardiovascular exercise or pushing your fitness and stamina. Your heart rate is monitored using a sensor that attaches to your ear lobe. This is the only part of the bike that could have issues as the bike has been in a conservatory and has been affected by the summer sun and may need replacing! There is also a "test" facility on the display that monitors your heart rate after your exercise and grades you hearts ability to recover, informing you how well your regime is progressing. Also included is and abs trainer that is light and portable, that has a head rest and helps to position your body correctly in order to work your Abs! £30.00 is not a great deal of money for these two pieces of equipment, so if your in need of, or thinking about loosing some of those extra pounds from Christmas or just want to be fitter, these would be an excellent start!
