It has a leg extension round the back of the bench that also has a cable attached and can be used in cable weight exercises by lifting the bench up. The bench can be lied flat for bench press an can be lifted up using the pin and holes found below the bench, allowing flexibility in types of exercises and providing comfort in every position. The bench also has a Preacher stand fitted, allowing you to preform preacher curls and other various exercises.
